2. Our Services

SongStudio provides personalised AI-assisted song creation services, including:

• Instant personalised songs
• Premium Tracks
• Faith-inspired songs
• Funeral and memorial songs

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

Once a song has been generated and delivered, orders are non-refundable due to the personalised digital nature of the product, unless the delivered song is materially defective. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have a concern.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your song for private personal use. You may not:

• Sell, license or commercially exploit your song
• Claim authorship or copyright of the song
• Use the song for broadcast, public performance or commercial purposes without prior written consent

SongStudio and Davenport Estates retain all intellectual property rights in the underlying technology, brand, and generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SongStudio to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse our services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SongStudio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will meet any specific creative standard. Songs are AI-assisted and personalised based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee any particular artistic outcome.

8. Advertising

Our website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on advertisements may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Davenport Estates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of SongStudio. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
